JOB PURPOSE: The mission of the job is to contribute to the overall client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, retention and account profitability objectives by ensuring the operational performance standards for assigned account are met and enhanced.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and development to direct reports.

2.Review operating metrics daily to ensure client and HGS goals are being met. Areas of focus include: customer satisfaction, quality of work, timeliness, productivity, employee development and morale.

3.Continuously identify areas of process improvement and work effectively within the organization to implement resolutions in a timely basis. Areas for improvement should be targeted around increasing client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and company profitability.

4.Oversee necessary enhancements to client program or servicing therein. This may include areas such as staffing, training, attendance and quality.

5. Work closely with HR to optimize staffing to achieve proper balancing of client servicing objectives. Ensure strong pipeline of candidates for roles. Participate actively in ongoing interview process.

6.Responsible for service quality for all work performed by direct reports. Ensure recurring quality evaluations are being properly conducted.

7.Analyze team activity, identify opportunities for improvement, create action plans to drive progress towards achieving results.

8.Drive team development. Ensure each employee understands goals and is meeting / exceeding team expectations.

9.Participate in recurring client updates proactively providing valuable insights on program performance

10. Lead special projects as assigned.

11. Support and participate in special event activities.

12. Drive positive, inclusive, professional culture.

13. Collaborate with site Director and participate in driving success of HGS St. Louis Center goals.


Job Requirements

(Education, Experience, Skills)

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years minimum of business experience
  • Demonstrated reporting skills specifically using Excel and PowerPoint – Proficient in Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups and Presentations
  • Strong verbal communication interacting with wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically improve and/or transform processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically lead, motivate, and develop work team towards improved performance.
